Eligibility

1. The Terms & Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
2. Entry to the competition is limited to people who are over the age of 18, and who reside in NSW or QLD.
3. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Trade account holders are ineligible to enter.
5. Entrants are able to enter on behalf of another person, or nominate another person (eg ‘My friend Jane needs this renovation because….’)
6. All steps listed under ‘Methods of entry’ must be completed in order to be a valid entry.

Entry

1. Entry to the competition is free once the customer has completed the steps under ‘Methods of entry’.
2. Cook’s Plumbing Supplies will use the personal information supplied to them to enable an entrant to participate in the Promotion.
3. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
4. Email addresses collected will be added to the Cook’s retail e-newsletter database, which can be opted out at any time.
5. Entry to the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
6. There will be one prize.

Prizes and winning

1. This promotion is based on a game of skill not chance. Winner will be determined based on what Cook’s perceives to be the best answer provided in Step 2 under ‘Methods of entry’.
2. Winner will be announced at 11:00am on Wednesday 17 November 2021 AEST at 27 Loyalty Rd, North Rocks NSW 2151.
3. The winner will be notified by phone and email. By accepting the prize, the prize winner grants Cook’s Plumbing Supplies and Cherie Barber (Renovating For Profit) permission to use their full name and suburb on its website and social media pages between the time of announcement and completion of the bathroom renovation.
4. The winners name and State will be announced on social media and any other marketing/advertising channels associated with Cook’s Plumbing Supplies and its suppliers, and Cherie Barber (Renovating For Profit).
5. If the winner is unreachable within five business days of the announcement or the winner does not accept the prize, the prize will be automatically forfeited, and another winner will be chosen.
6. The winner will receive a renovation up to the value of, but not exceeding $20,000 AUD ex GST, funded by Cook’s Plumbing Supplies and project managed by Cherie Barber.
7. Anything over the above-mentioned amount will be the responsibility of the winner and/or owner of the premises where the bathroom renovation is to take place.
   1. Up to $20,000 AUD ex GST renovation value includes: insurance(s), trade labour and material costs, bathroom PC items (fixtures and fittings eg tapware, toilet etc),
   2. Renovation consultations by Cherie Barber and project management with Cherie Barber in conjunction with a licenced builder.
8. The pre-built bathroom package or ‘build your own’ bathroom package selected at the time of entry does not have to form part of the PC items chosen by the winner at the time of renovation consultation, alternatives can be selected.
9. The prize is not redeemable for an alternative prize.
10. The prize is not transferrable.
11. The prize is not in conjunction with any other offer.
12. Cook’s Plumbing Supplies’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Cook’s Plumbing Supplies and Cherie Barber (Renovating For Profit) does not accept responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the promotion or prize, either during or after the promotion.
