Will you ship internationally?

Cook’s Plumbing Supplies is an Australian based business and only ships within Australia to residential and business addresses.

What are Cook’s Plumbing Supplies’ shipping times to my address?

Cook’s Plumbing Supplies partners with various courier companies for all regional and interstate deliveries to ensure your delivery gets to you quickly. For an estimated shipping time frame, please refer to the table below.

Cook’s Plumbing Supplies will provide a consignment number to the customer once goods leave our warehouse to the customer’s nominated email address.

In Sydney and Brisbane Metro areas Cook’s Plumbing Supplies may at times use their own company vehicles for delivery at their discretion.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart or at the time of checkout. A flat rate rule will be applied based on the delivery post code (prices include GST). As a guide, prices are as follows:

What happens if no-one is there to receive the goods?

Courier drivers will usually leave a card advising the receiver of their consignment number. There are directions on this card on what your next steps will be to re-arrange for delivery of the receiver’s goods.

If Cook’s Plumbing Supplies chooses to deliver goods in the Sydney and Brisbane Metro areas with their own fleet of delivery vehicles, a Cook’s Plumbing Supplies employee will contact you beforehand to ensure someone is present to sign for the goods. Deliveries via Cook’s fleet can only be made Mon – Fri 7:30am to 4:00pm and Sat 8:00am to 11:00am.

Can I organize my own courier to pick up goods?

Yes, you can. Please select the “pickup goods” from the drop down menu in the checkout section. Please advise us in the additional comments section, if you will be sending your own courier to collect goods. Cook’s Plumbing Supplies can only facilitate courier pick-ups within our normal trading hours. Please refer to the Contact Us sections for opening hours at each branch.

How will I be notified if my goods are ready for collection if I have chosen to pick them up from a branch?

A Cook’s Plumbing Supplies employee will contact you once your ordered goods have arrived into store and are ready to be picked up. Cook’s Plumbing Supplies can only facilitate pick-ups within our normal trading hours. Please refer to the Contact Us sections for opening hours at each branch.

Can I select from which Cook’s Plumbing Supplies branch I can pick up my goods?

Yes, you can nominate a branch from a drop down menu during the checkout process.

What can I purchase?

We are constantly adding to our range of bathroom, laundry & kitchen products. So keep coming back to visit the site to see what has been added to the Online Store.

What is stock availability like on the products for sale online?

Whilst Cook’s Plumbing Supplies carry a wide range of products in stock, we do have to order in specific goods from the manufacturer from time to time. Please refer to the stock availability section within the specific product portfolio to get an estimate.

At times neither Cook’s Plumbing Supplies nor the manufacturer might have stock available for shipping. In this instance a Cook’s Plumbing Supplies employee will liaise with you to either give you an updated delivery time frame or help you re-select.

Should a product be out of stock for an extended time, you may cancel the order with Cook’s Plumbing Supplies (with the exception of bathroom furniture, vanities and spas) and we will issue you a full refund for the cancelled item in return.

Are your displayed prices GST inclusive?

Yes, all prices shown in our online shop include GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

What is Cook’s Plumbing Supplies return policy?

Please note Cook’s will accept goods for credits that are no longer required under the following conditions:
- Products are returned in the condition of which they were sold
- Delivery docket/invoice details are provided
- Cook's must be contacted within one week of item being received by customer

An administration fee of $20 + GST will be applied to the credit as well as any restocking fee charged by the supplier on non-stocked product.

Please note that goods will not be accepted for credit for the following reasons:
- Custom made products
- Products that are damaged, this includes packaging.
- Obsolete or discontinued products.

Are certain product colours standard across all suppliers?

No.  Colours with the same name (ie brushed brass, brushed nickel) may vary amongst different suppliers. Product colours – when represented on screen – may vary slightly to actual products.  Cook’s Plumbing Supplies takes no liability for any colour variations that may occur.

How do I make changes to products in my ‘cart’?

You can remove products or change quantities in your cart during the ‘Checkout’ process which is accessed by clicking the ‘Checkout’ link at the top right hand side of the screen.

Can I add or cancel items once I have completed the order?

Once you have finalised the checkout process you are unable to add or cancel items in your order, however we may still be able to amend your order providing it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us directly on 02 9630 5250.

Why do you need my personal details?

The personal details you provide will be used to process and deliver your order. A contact phone number is needed for any delivery related queries and a valid email address is needed for sending the order confirmation and receipt.
