COVID GUIDELINES UPDATE - NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS

In light of the new Covid restrictions, all branches will be open for emergency services only up until 4pm Friday 23 July.

All branches will be closed Saturday 24 July.

From Monday 26 July - Friday 30 July only the following branches will be open for emergency services:

• Albion Park - 02 4256 3733
• North Rocks - 02 9630 5250
• Frenchs Forest - 02 7209 2185
• Penrith - 02 4729 7400

Covering all NSW customer needs including: ordering, quoting, deliveries, pick ups

Head Office at North Rocks remains open including:

• Senior Management
• Accounts Dept, - payable and receivable
• Plumbing estimating - rchand@cooksplumbing.com.au 
• Projects estimating - projects@cooksplumbing.com.au 

Penrith Builders Warehouse will still have coordinators to process builder orders.

Deliveries to Newcastle jobs will continue.

Brisbane branches will be trading as normal.

Our Sydney showrooms are closed.

All branches reopening saturday 31 July (pending NSW Govt, advice)

Cook's Plumbing Supplies continue with our action plan, in order to minimize the impact of Covid within our community.

We understand that this is a fluid situation which could change very quickly. Cook’s will continue to review its management of branches as and when required.
